New Blues Reviews!

Here is review from the Times Colonist based in Victoria, BC.

Yellow Blues By Sean L. Moore; Raincoast Books; 30 pages; $19.95

"About fashion, being cool and fighting with parents, Moore's story plays with the double meanings in colour words -- the mood-meanings. Moore also plays with the primary/intermediate division in youth books: Although accompanied by full-page illustration, this text is a bit more sophisticated than is the picture book norm. A preschooler learning colours may not understand how it is that "pink's the new black,"but here intermediate's the new primary, and it works well for an amusing read."
